Jennifer Whittaker Sills is the Director of School Marketing for the Dairy Council of Florida. She is a registered and licensed dietitian with a Master’s Degree in Public Health in addition to being certified as a School Nutrition Specialist by the School Nutrition Association. She has over 15 years of experience working with children, schools and community organizations to improve the overall health and nutrition environment.
Currently, her focus is to promote better nutrition through the consumption of milk, cheese and/or yogurt as part of the school’s overall efforts to improve the school nutrition environment. Her efforts include working with teachers to provide nutrition curriculum for the classroom, helping school food service directors by improving the milk experience in the cafeteria, ala carte and vending areas and partnering with other community organizations to make sure dairy has a prominent role in the lives of today’s children.
