Robin Levy is a Health and Wellness Program Manager for the Midwest Dairy Council, where she serves as a liaison to health professionals in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, and conducts television, print and radio interviews in the Chicago markets. As a registered and licensed dietitian, Robin provides accurate, scientific and practical information on the benefits of dairy nutrition as well as promoting programs such as Fuel Up to Play 60.
Robin holds an undergraduate degree in Speech & Hearing sciences from the University of Arizona. Robin holds a second bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from the University of Illinois at Chicago where she also completed her internship. Robin is certified in childhood and adolescent weight management from the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics (AND) and is a member of AND. Robin is also a member of the Chicago Dietetic Association.
Prior to joining the Midwest Dairy Council, Robin worked with the Chicago Public Schools (CPS) where she created menus to meet the National School Lunch & Breakfast Program regulations and worked on the committee to help create the current breakfast and lunch guidelines that CPS now follows. She also gave various nutrition talks to the CPS community (students, parents, teachers, lunch room managers). Before this, she worked as a dietitian in a clinical setting.

Laura Frese, RD, LDN
St. Louis Metro and Southern Illinois
Laura Frese is a Health and Wellness Program Manager for the Midwest Dairy Council, where she promotes programs like Fuel Up to Play 60 in schools. She serves as a liaison to health professionals in Illinois and metro St. Louis, and also as a spokesperson responsible for television, print and radio interviews in the St. Louis, Mo., and Springfield, Ill., markets. As a registered and licensed dietitian, Laura provides accurate, scientific and practical information on the benefits of dairy nutrition.
Laura holds a bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics from Saint Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri. She completed her dietetic internship at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Laura is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the Illinois Dietetic Association, and the St. Louis Dietetic Association.
Prior to joining Midwest Dairy Council, Laura worked as an in-store dietitian with Hy-Vee Food Stores, and as a nutrition resource to the community, provided nutrition counseling, supermarket tours, community health presentations and media promotions.
Laura loves city living in St. Louis, but also enjoys returning to her small-town roots in rural Illinois. In her free time, Laura enjoys being outdoors, exercising, reading, cooking, taking in a play or concert and most especially traveling.
