Beth Bruck-Upton is a Health and Wellness Program Manager in Nebraska where she leads the comprehensive health and wellness programs that reach across Nebraska, and works with health professionals across the state to provide them with up-to-date nutrition research and resources for supporting their patients and clients on the journey to good health.
Beth is a registered dietitian with more than seven years experience in nutrition education and health promotion. Beth has been with the Dairy Council since 2008. You can see Beth cooking on Omaha and Lincoln TV, hear her dishing out diet tips on the radio and read her eating guidelines in Nebraska newspapers. She is committed to providing the public with accurate and realistic health tips.
Beth graduated from the University of Nebraska, completed her dietetic internship at Iowa State University and earned a Masters in Fitness and Wellness Management at the University of Nebraska-Omaha. She is certified in Adult Weight Management by the American Dietetic Association.
Beth is a member of the American Dietetic Association, and serves as the Public Relations Chair for the Nebraska Dietetic Association, and the Council on Practice Chair for the Omaha District Dietetic Association. Beth also serves on many coalitions throughout Nebraska working together to promote optimal health.
In her free time, Beth enjoys spending time with her husband and son, Cooper, exercising, and enjoying time with friends.
