Becky Low is the Director of Nutrition Education for the Dairy Council of Utah & Nevada. She oversees the development and delivery of nutrition communications and medical outreach programs throughout Utah.
Becky has a strong education background. She specializes in helping the consumer understand how to use research. Besides frequent appearances on various radio and TV programs, since 1995 she has prepared and presented a weekly TV cooking segment on Utah's leading television noon news program. As a part of her news segment, she blends nutrition education with cooking tips and recipes. Viewers appreciate her practical approach and her ability to apply nutrition principals into everyday diets and lifestyle.
Becky's nutrition philosophy is "Feed a man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime." Her career has been spent developing and dispersing nutrition materials and in the education of consumers. She has been active in her professional organizations, where she has served in numerous leadership positions.
