Stepping Lunges: Works most muscles in your legs including quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves

Step forward with one leg and bend your knees and lower your body in to a lunge position, keeping the front knee and back knee at 90 degree angles. Then, shift your weight and step forward with your back leg into the same position. Do laps in your room or yard (approximately 15-20 steps).
