Iowa
Nicole Stahr, R.D., L.D.
Midwest Dairy Association
Nicole is a Consumer Communications Manager with the Midwest Dairy Association, where she is responsible for TV, radio and print interviews in the major markets across Iowa.
She holds a Sports Management degree from Southeast Missouri State University, and a bachelor's degree in Dietetics from the University of Northern Iowa. Nicole also completed a Dietetics internship program at Iowa State University.
As a registered dietitian, Nicole believes strongly in promoting good health through nutrition and communicating science-based research to the public. She is a member of the Central Iowa Dietetics Association and the American Dietetics Association, and is active in the Iowa Dietetics Association's media relations committee. She also works closely with nutrition coalitions across the state to educate health professionals, parents and children, helping them establish lifelong habits of good nutrition and physical fitness.
Nicole is a recent newlywed and enjoys taking care of her two dogs and two cats.
