Linda Greco, R.D., L.N.

Linda Greco is a registered and licensed dietitian and serves as a Program Coordinator with the Southeast Dairy Association. She is originally from Indianola, Mississippi and graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg with a Bachelor of Science Degree in dietetics. She completed her dietetic internship at Touro Infirmary in New Orleans.
Linda has a wide variety of experience in the nutrition and health promotion field, having directed nutrition services for the Cardiovascular Institute of the South in Louisiana and serving as a nutrition consultant for health care facilities and private industry. She has taught numerous classes during her career for various businesses, organizations, camps and schools. Linda is a member of the American Dietetic Association and its state and local affiliates and actively works with coalitions in Louisiana dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyles. She has served as president of both the Louisiana and New Orleans Dietetic Associations. Because of her active involvement and dedication to her profession she was named as Louisiana’s Outstanding Dietitian.
At the Dairy Association Linda is responsible for implementing nutrition programs for health professionals, educators, and consumer leaders for the state of Louisiana. She serves as a regional media communicator and has appeared on a number of television and radio news segments and interview shows in Louisiana.
