Greta Heru is a professional in family and consumer sciences and has served as a program coordinator for the dairy association for 17 years. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences, with an emphasis in nutrition, from the University of Mississippi. She recently received a Master of Science degree in counseling and personnel services from the University of Memphis.

Greta has been active and held office in several professional organizations, including the Mississippi Action for Healthy Kids and the Memphis Area Nutrition Council.

At the Dairy Association Greta is responsible for developing and implementing nutrition education programs for educators, health professionals, and consumer leaders. She has served as a media communicator for 15 years and frequently appears in the electronic and print media.
