Janece Newquist, R.D., L.D.
DairyMAX
Janece (Jan) Newquist serves as Program Director for Dairy MAX in New Mexico and West Texas. Jan graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics Education and Food Science. She is a licensed, registered dietitian.
Jan has received recognition awards by professional organizations such as the New Mexico Dietetic Association. As part of the Dairy MAX staff, she is responsible for developing and implementing nutrition education programs for educators, food service staff, health professionals, and consumer leaders. She currently serves as media coordinator for the New Mexico and Texas areas.
