Easy Breakfast Quiche

  • 1 cup lactose-free milk
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • Additional ingredients, such as chopped ham, bacon, or sausage, broccoli, spinach, tomatoes
  • 1 pie crust
  1. Mix together lactose-free milk, eggs, parmesan cheese and salt & pepper.
  2. Add additional ingredients, if using.
  3. Pour into prepared pie crust.
  4. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until set.

Alternatively, you can cut circles from pie dough and prepare as directed above using muffin tins.
