- 1 (6 oz.)container lowfat vanilla yogurt
- 2/3 cup frozen boysenberries
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
Optional:
- 1 packet artificial sweetener
Add yogurt and boysenberries (and artificial sweetener if desired) to the blender or food processor and pulse until a nice mixture is made. Add to a serving dish and stir in flaxseed.
