- 1 (7oz.) package chunk light tuna in water
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup celery, diced (optional)
- 4 (8-inch) 96% fat free flour tortillas
- 8 slices American cheese
- 4 green leaf lettuce leaves (optional)
Combine tuna, mayonnaise, and celery in bowl; mix well. Arrange 1 lettuce leaf in center of tortilla: top with 2 cheese slices and one-fourth tuna salad mixture. Fold both sides of tortilla over filling. The fold lower end of wrap over filling and roll closed. Repeat with remaining 3 wraps.
