Six Cheese Italian Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained, fine chopped
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup light sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 (7 oz.) package Tuscan herb shredded cheese, seasoned according to package directions
  • 1/2 cup tomato, chopped
  • Baked corn chips (optional)
  • Chunky Salsa (optional)
  • Reduced fat sour cream (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream and salt in large bowl; stir well. Add seasoned cheese; stir to blend. Spoon mixture into medium baking dish; bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with tomatoes. Serve with tortilla chips, salsa and sour cream.
