- 2 cups skim milk
- 2 cups lowfat lemon yogurt
- 1/2 cup ice
- 3 tablespoons powdered lemonade mix
In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve in a tall glass and garnish with lemon wedge or zest if desired.
