- 2 cups liquid egg substitute
- 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 8 slices whole wheat bread, thinly sliced
- 1 cup garden vegetable Colby and Monterey Jack finely shredded cheese,
- seasoned according to package directions
- Nonstick cooking spray
Heat butter in nonstick skillet, scramble egg substitute over medium heat. Layer one-fourth eggs and 1/4 cup seasoned cheese on each of 4 bread slices. Close with remaining bread slices. Spray top and bottom of sandwiches with nonstick cooking spray; grill in two-sided tabletop grill for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden and cheese is melted. Slice each sandwich in half diagonally.
