- 1/2 cup prepared Alfredo sauce
- 1 1/2 cups cooked, diced chicken breast
- 1 1/2 cups Tuscan herb shredded cheese, seasoned according to package directions
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, quartered, drained
- 1/3 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup roasted red pepper, drained, chopped
- 1 Italian baguette (10 oz.), sliced in half horizontally
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine sauce, chicken, seasoned cheese, tomato, artichoke, onion and roasted red pepper; mix well. Spread evenly over bread. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted. Diagonally slice into 6 servings.
