Healthy Weight with Dairy

The 2005 Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommends three cups of low-fat or fat-free milk or milk products every day as part of a healthy diet. The Guidelines also state that adults and children should not avoid milk and milk products because of concern that these foods lead to weight gain. Click here for more information.
