Jenny Karl is a registered dietitian and a spokesperson for National Dairy Council. She also is director of communication and a media spokesperson for New England Dairy & Food Council. She is responsible for media interviews in the Boston market and also coordinates promotions and communication outreach to consumers, health professionals, schools, and retailers throughout New England.
Jenny is passionate about communicating science-based nutrition information to the public in user-friendly language, making it easier for consumers to make informed food choices.
Jenny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in food science and human nutrition from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Science degree in nutrition communication from Tufts University, where she also completed her dietetic internship. She is a member of the American Dietetic Association, Massachusetts Dietetic Association, and Massachusetts Action for Healthy Kids.
