Kristin E. Schrieber, MS, RDN, LDN

Kristin E. Schrieber, MS, RDN, LDN (@KSchrieberRD) is the manager of Health and Wellness Communications for National Dairy Council (NDC). In this role, she is responsible for managing the development and execution of health and wellness communications driven by nutrition-based science to engage with multiple audiences in an emotionally-relevant way. Schrieber is also the co-editor of, a member of The Dairy Report blog editorial board and collaborates with Nutrition Research, Scientific Affairs, Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy and Marketplace Partnerships on integrated communication plans to inform health professionals, thought leaders, consumers and other national and industry partners about dairy research, health benefits, insights and resources to use with their audiences.

Prior to this position, Schrieber was a lead performance dietitian for EXOS, a leading company in proactive wellness, where she helped design and implement corporate wellness programs throughout several Fortune 500 companies. Prior to her work at EXOS, Schrieber developed and coordinated a childhood obesity prevention program as a Community Dietitian at Howard Area Community Center and provided medical nutrition therapy as a Registered Dietitian atRush University Medical Center in Chicago.

Schrieber earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition concentrated in Dietetics from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. She completed the combined dietetic internship and Master of Science degree from Rush University in Clinical Nutrition, where she was awarded a merit-based scholarship award and three awards for her research on Type 2 diabetes.

As a nutrition and fitness enthusiast, Schrieber believes strongly in communicating science-based health and wellness information through a realistic approach to help people live healthier. She is a registered and licensed dietitian and an active member in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Chicago Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
